Thanks Grandma!

As we all know Grandma is a great costume builder! This last week she hurried and put together Jaynee's costume for her ballroom dance team. She had to do a lot of leg work to find fabric and make a pattern from another dress. Thanks so much - she looked perfect! Check out the Giffing blog to see a sample of their dancing!

Christmas Around the World

We were excited to be able to attend Christmas Around the World again. We are so proud of Mom and the amazing things she does with those dancers. It is fun to see her interact with the dancers who just adore her! The costumes were just amazing, it is good to know that we are not the only ones who think that as all the ladies/little girls sitting around us talked about every costume and how much they loved them! If you have never been you need to put it on your list for next year! It is a great message of unity and love this time of year! The pictures are not the greatest but it works. Mom gets to be on stage for a brief moment at the end and I got the best picture that I could. Great job mom thanks for inviting us and sharing your talents with so many! The recording is of the finale of the Ukraine dance it is amazing!

Mom's BIG Surprise

For Mom's Bday this year dad gave her a trip to Chicago to see Oprah. Last night we all met at Joe's Crab Shack for dinner so we could be there to watch her open her gift. I think she was excited, but you be the judge...

Dennis Loves Bowling

I joined a bowling league 3 years ago and just love it and to be honest I am not that good. My average score is 135 and this is where I get to brag on myself. Last season the highest score that I achieved was 199, however last night, I bowled a 207. My first 200 + game ever. It was totally awesome and I called a lot of people even though it was after 9 pm.

Above you see three pictures taken from my camera phone while visiting Wendi and her family in California over the Labor Day Weekend of which we went to Six Flags Discovery Kingdom. It was totally cool. Note: I do NOT do rides.

Having never done this before, I hope this makes sense to the rest of the world. This will just be an update on my life as it currently stands as things happen, I will add to the post.
I currently work at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Orem, UT as the Revenue Manager which basically means I get to work 60 hours per week, but only get paid for 40. Woo Hoo!
I live in Murray and when I am not working, I enjoy reading, watching tv and playing on the computer. Some of my favorite shows are CSI, Survivor, Big Brother, Numbers and Bargain Hunt.
I also enjoy sports, my teams are the BYU Cougars, Utah Jazz and the Minnesota Vikings. No I have never been to Minnesota, but for some reason as a child I gravitated to them and have been loyal ever since.
I drive a 1987 Honda Civic that I paid cash for (No Car Payment) which also has a lot of problems. Up until last Friday, I didn't have a heater, but I got that fixed, my next priority is a STEREO.
